Our Mission

The Campbell County Senior Center's mission is to provide a broad range of services which support an individual's ability to live independently, to participate in his or her community, and to lead a dignified, meaningful life as a senior citizen.

In- Home Services Overview

The Campbell County Senior Center's In-Home services division provides non-medical programs as outlined by the Wyoming Department of Health's Aging Division. Rates for services are determined by a sliding fee scale based on income and our programs are subsidised by grants and private donations. Programs and services available are:

Community Based In Home Services (CBIHS) This program was designed to keep people in the least restrictive environment (usually their own home) for as long as possible. Eligibility for this program: A client must be 18 years of age or older, and, through an ongoing evaluation, be at risk of premature institutionalization.

National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP) This program was designed to provide aid to those qualified individuals who provide care for the elderly at home, and grandparents raising grandchildren the age of eighteen and under. Eligibility for this program: A client must be over 60 years of age and caring for a child 19 and younger or, be a person of any age caring for a qualified care receiver who is 60 years or older.
